Career Guidance is an initiative of EduEnrich that is focused towards Pakistani school-going students. Selecting a career is one of most important decisions that one has to make, and that too at a young age, when one lacks both knowledge and maturity. You need to be able to assess your own interest and potential and that is no mean feat. Pakistan’s education system provides very few structured options for students to help them decide what career to pursue and that is why Career Guidance was established to make up for the absence of any formal channels that provide this service. It provides essential statistics on upcoming careers, facts about quality higher education institutions in the country, as well as basic information about what to expect from a selected career field. It also hosts career events and connects young graduates with companies.

It also offers one-on-one counseling sessions with industry specialists and professionals who offer individual attention and guidance to youngsters and suggest strategies for improving their career prospects.
